GhostPro.ae provides convenient delivery for adult customers across the United Arab Emirates. We carefully prepare every order and work to deliver it as quickly and securely as possible.
Delivery availability, estimated arrival time and any applicable fee will be confirmed when your order is accepted. Timing may vary according to your location, order time, product availability and traffic conditions.
We deliver to supported addresses in:
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or may not be covered by our regular delivery service. Please provide your complete location when ordering so our team can confirm availability.
We aim to process confirmed orders promptly. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination, the time the order is placed and courier availability.
Customers in major city areas may be offered same-day or express delivery when available. Orders to other locations may require a longer delivery period. The expected delivery window will be confirmed before dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of heavy traffic, severe weather, public holidays, high order volume, restricted-access locations or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery fees may vary by location, order value and selected delivery option. Any applicable charge will be shown or communicated before your order is confirmed.
Promotional free-delivery offers may have a minimum order value, eligible delivery area or limited validity period. The conditions displayed with the promotion will apply.
After you place an order, our team may contact you to confirm:
An order is considered confirmed only after the necessary details have been verified. Orders placed outside normal processing hours may be handled during the next available period.
Please provide a complete and accurate address, including the building or villa name, apartment or office number, street, area, emirate and a reachable UAE phone number. Sharing a map pin can help the driver locate you more quickly.
GhostPro.ae is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be redirected or delivered again.
Please keep your phone available after your order has been dispatched. The courier may call or message you for directions or delivery confirmation.
If nobody is available to receive the order, the courier may return it or arrange another delivery attempt. Redelivery may be subject to an additional fee.
GhostPro.ae sells vape products only to adults of legal smoking age in the UAE. The customer may be asked to show valid identification when receiving an order.
The courier may refuse delivery if the recipient cannot provide acceptable proof of age or appears to be underage. Orders must not be placed for or received by minors.
Orders are packed securely and discreetly to protect the products and customer privacy during transportation. Please inspect the package when it arrives and make sure it has not been opened or visibly damaged.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact GhostPro.ae customer support promptly and provide:
Keep the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed. Claims submitted without reasonable evidence may be difficult to process. Eligibility for a replacement, return or refund is subject to our applicable returns policy.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
Once an order is with the courier, changes or cancellation may not be possible. A delivery or return charge may apply if a dispatched order is refused without a valid product-related reason.
If you have questions about delivery coverage, timing, charges or an existing order, contact the GhostPro.ae support team through the contact options displayed on our website.
